Black Girls Vote at the Sage Center
Voting is not only a right it is a must for our families. They believe in our democracy and enjoy supporting it. On May 26, ladies from Black Girls Vote visited the Sage Center and educated all of the residents on the importance of voting, and for those who weren’t signed up-signed them up. Other opportunities were available during the evening as some parents learned more about becoming a parent Mentor. The kids and parents had fun playing musical chairs and eating food prepared by our food truck partner-No One Goes Hungry.
