One year later, the Lotus Flower activity came full circle at FRP Courtside
Thanks to the continued dedication of Sabrina Gross, our Peer Recovery Specialist, families had the opportunity to reflect on just how much growth can happen in a year. Parents who participated in last year’s activity returned to find their plants had outgrown their original pots, symbolizing the progress, strength, and healing they’ve experienced along their journeys. Together, they repotted their thriving plants into larger homes while new parents entering the program decorated and planted pots of their own, beginning their own journeys of growth and recovery.
This meaningful tradition beautifully reminds us that recovery is a process. With patience, support, and care, growth continues and healing blossoms over time. 💚
