“A Day of Remembrance” Garden Reveal
The last event of the day was one that was filled with laughter, tears and memories of loved ones that we have lost here at The Family Recovery Program, Inc. Although the weather altered our plans to reveal our Remembrance Garden to our guests, we had a tree to put on display and beautiful rocks with the names of our former FRP Employees and clients, made by Sage Parent, Stephanie Baird. Sage Case Manager, Tracie Wyman served as the Mistress of Ceremonies, and we had several FRP Parents and former staff members to share their fondest memories of our loved ones. The highlight of the ceremony was having the daughters of Doreen Cooke and Reginald Phillips to accept citations from Mayor Brandon Smith and the City of Baltimore. There was not a dry eye in the room when they both stood to speak, but in FRP fashion, we found many moments to share in laughter when reminiscing about our friends.
The Family Recovery Program, Inc. remembers the Memory of:
Reginald Phillips
Doreen Cooke
Andre Kennedy
Chelsea Sadecki
April White
Judy Mburu
Tiara Brown
