Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Treatment is a necessary part of recovery. Our staff work diligently through completing assessments to identify the needs of our families and make immediate referrals to local treatment providers. Once in treatment our Case Managers follow up weekly to continue to offer support and connect with other resources.
