Case Management Support

The Family Recovery Program, Inc. offers intensive Case Management services to all clients.  These services connect families to the very needed services to begin the process of reunification.  Families receive referrals to drug treatment, mental health treatment and other necessary services. Clients work one-on-one with a Case Manager who helps navigate the child welfare system and create a plan of action to begin the process of reunification.
